Description

Product Description

The Bianco RS4E-INOXG60MPCX is an electronic Rainsaver water switching controller combined with the small but mighty BIA-INOXG60MPCX.

The Rainsaver handles the selection of the water source and prioritises the use of rainwater wherever possible. It does this to save as much of our most precious resource (water) as possible.

The RS4E uses a 10m long 12v float cable. This means that it is not high voltage allowing you to be safe when the float cable runs over to the water tank. The float cable simple gets put into the tank from the top and secured. It is put in from the top so there can be no leaks thus saving the water tank.

The BIA-INOXG60MPCX garden pump is a durable high pressure water pump with stainless steel front impeller housing. Built to last in the harsh Australian climate. It can survive for many years even without a pump cover.

This particular package is generally used for toilets, laundry, outside taps in a domestic application. It can even be used to run a granny flat or similar scenario in your home.

The water pump generates a strong 370Kpa or can push water vertically up a big 38m before the weight of the water overcomes the pressure the pump produces. It also puts out a massive 57L/Min which is great for a system that has up to 5 or 6 taps or outlets in it.

The way the system works is it holds pressure in your water pipes. And when you open a tap, flush a toilet or start the washing machine, the pressure drops and the controller recognises that straight away. This tells the controller more water is needed. So it checks the float to see if there is water available. If it senses that there is water in the water tank, it will start the pump up. If not it will switch over and allow the mains water supply to flow through.

It does this all in a split second so as the user you don’t even realise all of this is happening. All you’ll see is a steady stream of water coming through with great pressure

Both the Rainsaver and the INOXG60MPCX are drinking water approved and hold the AS/NZ 4020 drinking water standard which means if you do want to have a drink out of the hose it is quite safe to do so. This will also put your mind to ease if you have pets around the house and are filling up their water bowl.

Both of these devices are back by the strong warranties that Bianco offer on all of their product range. In this case it is a 2 year warranty which will give you piece of mind.

Connecting it up when you receive your products may require a qualified trades person if you have not had one installed before. It will need to be connected to the tank with a suction pipe. Then you’ll need to connect your mains water inlet line into the controller followed by the pipe going out to all of your outlets from there. Then you just need to connect the power cable from the pump into the Rainsaver. And the power cable from the Rainsaver goes into the power point.

Please make sure you are using a weather proof power outlet to supply power if it is not protected from the elements. This will ensure you don’t have any power related issues going forward.

These devices are quite economical on power consumption so you will not be using excess power in order to save water. This is a main concern for some owners of these type of products.

Now all that is left to do is to enjoy your new water saving installation.

"Dear 4 Pumps,

I purchased a pump off you mid Feb. Just wanted you to know best value for dollar ever. The little pump is working very hard in a factory pumping liquid with about 20% solids and hasn't missed a beat. Great pumps, thanks."

Stephen - Tasmania
