By using the www.forpumps.com.au website and/or placing an order with 4 Pumps Pty Ltd you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. But please don’t let that scare you away. We do our best to keep this policy as simple as possible, both for you and for us!
Ordering – (We make it easy for you):
We prefer credit card orders placed right here on the web site, but we also understand that some customers may not want to enter their credit card information on the internet.
That does not present a problem. Alternatively you can use your own secure PayPal account or call us on 1300 101 277 to discuss other alternatives. Paypal will also facilitate Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please review their website at www.paypal.com.au for details.
Purchases from the www.forpumps.com.au website are via our banking partner (ANZ) http://www.anz.com.au/. Terms and conditions will apply based on our merchant supplier. We would advise you to read the terms and conditions applicable to their site prior to your purchase. www.forpumps.com.au has no control over the terms and conditions and or content of third party sites.
Foreign Orders: – ‘Orders from outside Australia’, are NOT catered for.
Payment (We’re flexible):
We accept credit card payment by Visa, or MasterCard. We also accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via PayPal which can be located at www.paypal.com.au.
We do not keep your credit card information on file. This is a security measure to protect you and us. If these options don’t suit feel free to call us on 1300 101 277 to discuss alternatives. Once your order has been charged, we delete your credit card information from our system.
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of items in stock and strive to ship all orders within one business day of your order being received and payment made. We don’t ship orders on weekends or public holidays unless specifically requested. Additional charges will apply for orders that are shipped during these times.
Backorders: In some cases, we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. In such cases, we will either hold your entire order for a few days until the item is in stock, or we may ship a partial order and then send the back ordered items separately when they become available. If we ship a partial order, your credit card will be charged in full at the time of first shipment. If your order will be delayed more than 5 business days, we will let you know the expected shipment date by e-mail.
We ship most orders Australia wide via a number of large domestic freight companies.
4 Pumps use third party contractors to deliver its products to our customers. Whilst we will do our very best to meet the prices and timeframes listed on our website, ultimately the delivery of our products are out of our control. It should also be noted that special delivery requests may also alter delivery prices and timeframes.
Therefore the prices and timeframes listed on our website should be used as a guide only. If you would like more specific information on how long your delivery will take, feel free to email our head office on email@example.com or call 1300 101 277.
If you “just have to have it,” we can arrange overnight shipping at an additional expense. Just let us know your needs either by email or in the “comments” section during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable or incorrect, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address. We will contact you to obtain a correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee and all incumbent shipping costs incurred by 4 Pumps. If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee and all incumbent shipping costs incurred by 4 Pumps. We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.

Most items may be returned if they are deemed by a 4 Pumps representative to be in unused condition and in a saleable state within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms below. Stock specials or sales item cannot be returned so please take special care when selecting these products.
A 20% restocking fee will be required and all return delivery expense will be paid by the purchaser. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any merchandise!
Only items in new or unused condition will be accepted for an exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original purchase.
4 Pumps offers a 100% replacement guarantee if products are returned within 30 days from the sale of the goods with proof of purchase. The warranty applies to any manufacturing defect that causes the product to not perform as outlined in the manufacturer’s specifications excluding individual electronic controllers, heavy industrial units, pumping stations and Bianco Pumpz submersible products. 4 Pumps will inspect all warranty claims and will judge them on a case by case basis. 4 Pumps will not warrant minor scratches, dents or grazes that do not affect the overall operation of the product.
Our pumping products are supplied with a 30 day replacement guarantee thus providing total confidence in the product and after sales support. The 30 day replacement guarantee is provided to all new products purchased from our online website. This guarantee is not provided for sales stock.
In the event that one of our pumping products is returned then in simple terms the following actions will ensue;
1.1 Customer returns reportedly faulty product to 4 Pumps within 30 days of invoice.
1.2 An authorised representative of 4 Pumps will assess the product for the reported fault and determine whether the product was used for its intended purpose and as per manufacturer’s instructions. All product replacement and repairs will only be determined at the discretion of 4 Pumps.
1.3 If the product is deemed to have failed whilst being used in an appropriate manner and should the reported fault be one that 4 Pumps feel is not cost effective for repair then authorisation will be given within 5 working days for a replacement model to be dispatched to the customer or a credit provided accordingly.
1.4 If the product is deemed to have failed whilst being used in an appropriate manner and should the reported fault be considered cost effective for repair, 4 Pumps will authorise the product to be repaired and shipped within 5 business days from receipt of the product unless otherwise stated.
1.5 All reported faults and issues will be recorded, maintained and analysed by 4 Pumps.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We try to ensure that all items we sell are defect-free, but sometimes a mistake will slip by. If you receive a defective item, let us know and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials and email us at email@example.com so that we can take it up with the shipping company.
Exceptions to our Return Policy:
Whilst 4 Pumps goes to every effort to ensure the safety of its products, it is ultimately the responsibility of the end user to make sure that the product is used in accordance with best work and safety practices and in a manner that is congruent with the appropriate state and federal safety legislation.
4 Pumps will not be reliable for any direct or indirect cost or loss of profits from the supply and/or use of our products.
Pricing, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. We cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. 4 Pumps does not take responsibility for the actions of any third party whilst conducting our business.
