Specifications:
Bianco Pumpz have seen a need in the market for a submersible sewer pump that goes beyond what is normally capable from the normal range of products.
In Australia we have a vast array of applications where people and or homes and businesses might not be as close as they might like to the government sewer main system.
There is also instances where you may find homes down a sharp incline in the landscape as they may have wanted to build near a river, creek, ocean or something similar.
These applications make it very difficult to supply normal services to the spot they may be needed.
In these instances commonly the pressure that a sewage pump would need to push toget the fluid out of a septic lifting station is enormous.
And a normal grinder pump would not last very long in this type of application.
So you would need something like a positive displacement grinder, just like this one.
This pump can push fluid vertically 50m. Much more than the standard sewer pumps on the market.
It does this by having a much slower flow rate and using all the power of the motor to create force to push rather than speed.
What this means is this particular pump excels in difficult circumstances and not only performs great, but will outlast as well.
It is not only the design that will make this pump outlast. The construction and materials used in this pump are of the highest quality. With stainless steel shafts and impeller, top quality bearings, the highest rating copper for the windings of the motor and cast iron casing, when you see this pump you know it means business.
It has a 1.5hp motor on it which gives it the strength to produce so much power. It also means the pump is able to operate with a standard power point and doesn’t need any special electrics to run it.
This pump model has an automatic float on it. This allows you to simply place it in a pit, in the fluid like a submersible pump and plug it into the power point. The pump will operate automatically as the fluid level rises and falls inside of the pit.
The internal copper windings on the PDG-150MA have an inbuilt bi-metal strip in them. This is one of the great protection features of this pump.
The bi-metal strip has one very important role. If the pump continues to run and no fluid is moving through it for a prolonged period of time, because of a blockage or the float is held up, the metal strip will heat up. With the two different metal types the strip will flex and open the circuit on the windings. This will cut the pump out before any damaged is caused to the pump from over heating.
This will also occur if the pipe that the pump is try to push the fluid though is too small in diameter and too restrictive and pushes the pump beyond it’s working specifications.
As with all the Bianco range this pump is backed by the nationwide two year guarantee. What that means for you is if you have an warrantable issue with the pump inside of the first two years of ownership, Bianco Australia will literally take the pump and do the necessary work to get you back up and running again as soon as possible.
So rest assured you have an amazing quality automatic positive displacement grinder, that will out perform and out last and you are covered if anything should go wrong.
Customer Reviews
"Dear 4 Pumps,
I purchased a pump off you mid Feb. Just wanted you to know best value for dollar ever. The little pump is working very hard in a factory pumping liquid with about 20% solids and hasn't missed a beat. Great pumps, thanks."
