Specifications:
This heavy-duty pump is built for a variety of tasks, from draining flooded excavations to transferring water on commercial and residential sites.
It connects easily with a camlock-fitted discharge hose, ensuring a quick setup. The pump is designed to handle clean water, but it's also powerful enough to manage fine, turbid wastewater with no problem.
For optimal performance, make sure the hose is free of kinks, sharp bends, or anything that could restrict water flow.
The KC-08A 2" submersible water pump is designed for use with clean water on domestic and light construction sites.
Lightweight and Durable: The pump features a high-quality, engineered aluminum body.
Efficient: It operates on electric power and includes a float switch that automatically shuts the pump off when water levels are low. Note that the float switch may not be suitable for every situation, especially in tight or rugged spaces.
Versatile: While a clean water pump, it can be used for things like draining flooded excavations.
Using this pump outside of its intended purpose, such as with concrete slurry, can cause it to clog or run dry. Damage from misuse is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
All submersible pumps have a mechanical seal to protect the motor. However, if sediment from the water accumulates, it can compromise this seal, allowing water to enter the motor housing. For this reason, it is crucial to use the pump only as directed and to not tamper with any of its seals. Water damage to the motor resulting from improper use or tampering is not covered by the warranty.
Customer Reviews
"Dear 4 Pumps,
I purchased a pump off you mid Feb. Just wanted you to know best value for dollar ever. The little pump is working very hard in a factory pumping liquid with about 20% solids and hasn't missed a beat. Great pumps, thanks."
